Troubleshooting and repair of the 7A-FE engine
Toyota 7A engine is another variation on the basis of the basic 4A motor, in which they replaced the short-stroke crankshaft (77 mm) with a crankshaft with a stroke of 85.5 mm, respectively, the height of the cylinder block increased. Otherwise, it is the same 4A-FE.
Only one version of this engine was produced, it was 7A-FE, depending on the configuration, it produced from 105 hp to 120 hp. Weak version 7A-FE Lean Burn, take not recommended, the system is capricious and quite expensive in maintenance. Otherwise, the engine is similar to 4A and its diseases are the same: problems with the trampler, with sensors, knocking piston fingers, knocking valves, which all forget to adjust in time and so on.

In the atmospheric version, as well as with 5A-FE, nothing good will come out of the motor, you can shake up the whole engine, replace everything that changes, but it is completely pointless. Only turbocharging has some rationality.
Turbine on 7A-FE
You can put a turbine on a standard piston and blow up to 0.5 bar without problems, you only need a suitable kit, or weld and assemble it yourself. In addition to the turbo will need 360ss injectors, Valbro 255 pump, exhaust on 51 pipe and tuning on Abit or Janvar 7.2, drive it will, but not too long.
